These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text-message and SMS communications between Rollout AI, Inc. (“Rollout AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual who opts in to receive them (“you”). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Rollout AI, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program Description
Rollout AI sends transactional and service-related SMS messages to customers, prospects, and other contacts who have opted in. Message types may include:
- Service alerts, incident notifications, and outage updates related to managed services you receive from us.
- Appointment confirmations, scheduling notifications, and reminders for meetings or service visits.
- Account and security notifications, including login confirmations and account changes.
- Operational messages from sales or account management staff in response to your inquiry.
- Occasional product update announcements where you have separately opted in to receive them.
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Rollout AI by:
- Providing your mobile number on a Rollout AI web form and checking a box indicating consent to receive SMS messages.
- Replying with an affirmative keyword (such as YES or START) to a confirmation message from us.
- Verbally consenting during a sales or onboarding call and confirming via a follow-up SMS.
- Providing your mobile number in a signed Order Form, MSA, or other written agreement that includes SMS consent language.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any Rollout AI product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the type of SMS program you have opted in to and your interaction with our services. You should typically expect no more than a few messages per week, though operational incidents (such as an outage affecting your environment) may cause higher temporary volume.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rollout AI does not charge you for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may bill you for each message sent or received depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable charges.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Rollout AI at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any SMS message we send you. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages from that program. If you would like to opt out of all SMS programs, you may also contact us with your mobile number and the request “opt out of SMS.”
Opting out of SMS does not affect the email or other communications we send you, and does not constitute notice of termination or breach of any Master Services Agreement or Order Form.

Supported Carriers
Rollout AI’s SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, carrier, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Privacy
Information we collect in connection with our SMS program (including your mobile number, opt-in record, message content, and delivery status) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as SMS aggregators and CRM platforms) that help us operate the program, subject to written confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Eligibility
To opt in to our SMS program, you must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will take effect on the date posted at the top of this page. If we change the nature or frequency of our SMS program in a way that materially affects you, we will provide notice via SMS or email before the change takes effect.
